Christopher Patchet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. He has been doing social work for the past 11 years starting off as a case manager for homeless veterans. He continues working with veterans with trauma and also has his own business, Awesome Life Skills, doing private practice psychotherapy.
Christopher enjoys helping others overcoming their barriers and seeing people living a better, more awesome, life. While doing therapy for others he seen many similar themes on how people interact, and some of the toxic traits that many of us overlook. Along with a good friend from college, he wanted to bring awareness on such topics dealing with these traits in hopes that awareness would be a first step for others to avoid getting tangled up in relationships, or personal interactions with people presenting these traits. And that is how the Toxic Cooking Show developed.
